- Reward points are not always updated immediately. Your current points may take time to update after you've asked a question.

I recently became a premium member. When should I receive more reward points for every question I ask?
- Once you become a premium member, you receive a ranking based on how many questions you have asked so far. This ranking determines how many reward points you receive per question asked.
I recently exchanged my reward points for a reward. What is the estimated time of delivery for the reward?
- Depending on the reward, delivery should take approximately 3 to 10 business days to be shipped and delivered.
I have lost all of my reward points?
- Call Dream Learn support at (617) 935-5675, and check your gift exchange history with the support team.
- If the gift exchange history does not match with the records, your account will be reimbursed in reward points.
I want to use my reward points, but there isn’t anything in the rewards center I like?
- The rewards center contains suggestions of gifts you can exchange for. If you wish to exchange for a gift that is not listed in the rewards center, you may contact Dream Learn support at (617) 935-5675 (Premium members only).
- I did not receive my gift?
- If your gift is taking an unusually long time to ship, the shipment may have been lost. Call Dream Learn support immediately at (617) 935-5675 to track the shipment.
- If the shipment is lost, we apologize for any inconvenience and will reship the gift.
