General App Questions

How many questions can I ask?

  • All Dream Learn free members receive 15 free questions per month.
  • Premium members may receive up to 115 questions per month (click here to learn more).

How long do I have to wait for my question to be answered?

  • Question answering usually takes 7-15 minutes. Your wait time may be longer depending on the amount of questions being asked at this time. Premium members receive priority question answering.

What kinds of questions can we ask?

  • Students can ask any type of question relating to academics! (Here is a list of subjects we cover: http://www.dream-learn.com/subjects)

How does Ask Now work?

  • You may ask any question you like.
  • You may only ask one question at a time (if you are taking a picture of multiple questions, please specify which question you would like the tutor to answer in the the text box located above the photo box).

How does Homework Check work?

  • Homework Check is strictly for homework correction. If you wish to submit questions to homework check, they must have already been answered.
  • Homework Check is worth less questions than Ask Now (this is arbitrary depending on question difficulty).

Why is my question taking so long to be answered?

  • Our tutors are dedicated to answering every question they receive. Sometimes there are too many questions being received at one time, so questions may take longer than the average time to be answered. Premium members receive priority question answering.

I never received an answer to my question. What do I do?

  • You should receive a notification when a tutor has received your question. If you have received this notification and have been waiting an unusually long time for your answer, you can call customer support at: (617) 935-5765
  • If you have not received a notification stating that a tutor has received your question within 15 minutes, then you should send the question again. Keep in mind, wait times may become long depending on the amount of questions we are currently receiving from students.

How many answers can I store in my account?

  • You can store and look back at as many past answers as you would like.

I got a wrong answer?

  • You will be refunded for your question.
  • If you received an incorrect answer from one of our tutors, you may resend it to Dream Learn to have it corrected.
  • You may also submit a feedback form regarding the tutor at: http://www.dream-learn.com/feedback.

Do I need internet access to use Ask Now?

  • Tutors are only able to receive questions and send out questions through an internet connection. Ask Now does not operate offline.

Can I look at my stored answers offline?

  • Yes! You can refer to any past answers through the Ask Now app anytime, anywhere.

I lost all of my stored answers?

  • Log out and log back in.
  • If the problem persists, contact Dream Learn support at (617) 935-5765.

I am failing my class. How is Dream Learn able to help me?

  • You may contact Dream Learn support at (617) 935-5675.
  • We will have guides and videos available on how to succeed in academics with Dream Learn soon.

My question got sent back?

  • The tutor may not have understood what you asked. Follow these steps before resending the question.
    • Check the picture quality of the question.
    • If quality is not legible, then the tutor cannot read the question.
    • Add a description to the question (explaining what you want answered).
    • You must retake a photo of the question and resend the question.

What happens to my currently stored answers when I become a premium member?

  • Currently stored answers will remain unchanged.
